Please supply the data that goes into your spi calculations for the full length of recorded pieces.

You have no current 500m TRAINING time on record. THis would show EVERYONE YOUR BASIC NON-SHARPENED SPEED.
I contend that you are CURRENTLY AT OPEN WEIGHT not faster than 1:30.
Your training , you have said is :"complete".
If you wanted to you could sit down on the erg and pull a 500... to show where you are.
You don't want to.. That is your choice.
Remember though:
No one believes that you have 1:28 or faster 500 speed which would be in place RIGHT NOW if your training was "COMPLETE" and all that was left is race prep for BIRC.
