I don't understand your ethics.
Why don't you include a signature line, telling us what you are doing in your rowing?
What {sic} don't you say who you are?

ranger ranger ranger.
for you to tell me what to include in my signature line as 'what you are doing in your rowing' would be laughable if it wasn't so hypocritical.
Read your signature line, rangerboy - it is a wish list, a fantasy, a narcissistic dream that has no more chance of becoming reality than you have of ever being respected by anyone who reads your drivel.
And if you read my signature line, rangerboy, you'd see that is does have actual, real live, demonstrated results. Not fantasies or delusions.
We'll see, lead head.
I pulled 6:27.5 in 2002 and 6:29.7 in 2006.
I think I'll pull something comparable this week.
This time, though, it will just be on the basis of UT1 training, with all of my AT, TR, and AN training still to come.
This is important, no?
In your sharpening, you can only bring out the base you have built.
If you have built no base, there is nothing to bring out with your sharpening.
If I can pull 1:38 @ 32 spm this weekend on the basis of my UT1 training, I can pull 1:34 for 2K by the end of April, by just continuing my AT, TR, and AN training: rating 32-36-40.
