Uk forums is where it's at.

Often surprised by the amount of US and other nationalities over there as their first port of call.

Debbie rowed 7777m today. So I've registered her as a C2CTC user and added her time - SUB7 VI is now floating.

That's good stuff. We'll actually have another one floated soon too as Judith rowed a 33:44.0 but Ian Northcott hasn't added it to the CTC site... I can't cos I don't have her pass word.

Sarah rowed her 10K team challenge today.

49:17.0 (2:27.8) beat her PB by just over 5 minutes. Broke her 5k and 6K PBs on the way too.

She's kinda happy. :D

thanks, it was a killer.. hardest effort I have ever done (to date) on any piece.. I'm sore in places I didnt even realize I had this morning. :-)

Couldnt have done it w/out Ben Knapmiller (rowpro training partner) standing behind me, he got me through the last 750m.

Here's a picture of a few of us in front of the RowPro booth with Pete Loeffen, from left to right: Yvette Knight (2nd place!), Frank Knight, Ben Knapmiller, me, Pete Loeffen and Ernie Parizeau (seated-warming up)

Note the stylish Sub7 Tee!!
