Cardio Coach

Post by mikdaly24 » July 16th, 2006, 9:32 pm

Normally I listen to Cardio Coach when I row and was wondering if anyone else has or if there is something else to watch or listen to while rowing to keep pushing you and keep you motivated.

Along with Cardio Coach I use Spinervals DVDs. I can't use a bike anymore because of bone on bone in my knee. I use them similar to CC, either by going faster or harder during the intervals.

Let me suggest Xeno's DVD's! He definitely keeps us motivated in person...

Thanks to both of you I have Spinervals and never thought of using them this way and I will check out Xeno's dvd's. If you haven't tried Cardio Coach it offers quite a workout.

Alissa --

Are Xeno's DVDs good for 10k workouts? I'm doing 10k / day in one set... working on getting to sub 40:00 for that.

I don't know about suitability for a 10K (or even which one or ones would be best), but I'll send an e-mail to Xeno so he'll see your question.

Best wishes.

Isn't that, precisely, why Xeno has launched his new 55min video?
