After doing 15K in 64 minutes on Staurday, I slowed somewhat and did 13.8K in 60 minutes today. Shooting for 15K tomorrow. Made it to 100,251 since Thanksgiving and going on to the 200K challenge
11077 meters today to complete the Holiday Challenge 200,000 meters.

I'm quite happy with that since I've only been rowing since Nov. 18th with 248,861m total. My times are improving slowly, but steadily.

I hope you were able to lick those in one session!

I will wrap up the challenge tomorrow. I would easily be able to finish the 8km tonight but I will be driving home for the holidays!

I cut back to 10k's this week. Was doing 15k's last week but my knee was bothering me. So, higher stoke rate, bending knees less and riding the rollers at lunch.
