So...after embarrassing myself earlier this week by crying "Doom" - all because I left my USB drive in the pm5 when I was updating the firmware (and couldn't see the history), I saw that there was an option to edit the custom list.
The directions seem to suggest I can copy from my Favorites list to the custom list, replacing one or more of the workouts in the default custom list.
My issue is I don't see anywhere in the PM5 where my "favorite" workouts are listed. Is it some click I need to make on the C2 Logbook? I know I can always hit "re-row" if I can't figure it out, but if it's possible to edit that custom list, which it seems to be, I'd like to know how to do that.
I know the USB drive with the latest C2 utility has to be inserted before I activate the monitor. I know I have to press the USB Logbook, and then edit custom list option.
But from there - all I see is the option to replace one or all. When I choose one, I select which one I want to replace - but from there, I'm getting lost. I don't see a way to enter a favorite workout, or to copy one from somewhere else.
I'd appreciate any light that could be shed on this topic.

Re: Editing the Custom List
I saw that page.
On step 5:
Select the favorites to copy:
Select Copy All to copy all of the favorite workouts to the Custom List (this will overwrite the entire Custom List).
Select Copy One to copy a select workout to the Custom List. You will then need to select the Favorite workout to copy, and the Custom workout to replace.
Where are these favorites? It's not like on a computer where I can tab out, select the workout and slap it into the custom list. There's no Favorites visible to select. If the favorites are within the past workouts I've done, I've never seen an option to mark them as a favorite.

Re: Editing the Custom List
You're going to have to write an email to rowing@concept2.com and ask them. Their instructions need an update for the PM5. Doing the custom list update was easy on a PM3 with the old logcard but it's changed with the USB stick stuff in PM5.

Thanks, I just assumed I was making some silly mistake.
