Happy New Year Luna-tics.

I've cannibalised and improved (?) the Fall Team Challenge analyser to create the VTC tool here -> http://freespiritsrowing.com/challenges/vtc_teams.php

Best of luck in the challenge. We are struggling with team members in the Free Spirits at the moment (injuries etc) and so I reckon you have a good chance of finishing ahead of us this season.

We have similar "haven't put in meters participants" percentages - although I am expecting that to change for all teams following the holidays. Many gyms are open here only at reduced capacity - and sometimes that means that the gym is open, but the erg machines are either reduced or not available. It is a different time for certain. Best of luck to your team also.

Image Day 3...

https://log.concept2.com/challenges/vtc/2021/teams Image

The Lunies bounced around in the rankings a few times yesterday - and I'm sure we will today, too. Teams can add participants through the 16th of January, and then Cinderella, midnight happens....albeit this is totally different than a Cinderella team where the participants achieve greater success than might have been reasonably predicted (we would take that outcome as long as we were the achievers!). But I digress.

Dang...in the matter of a couple of hours, we've gone from 7th to 11th...and some PESKY teams have jumped ahead of us! Gotta love competition in these Challenges. The Lunies collectively posted some amazing meter numbers yesterday - with some individuals going absolutely stratospheric. Make sure you're signed up for the Challenge team, or we can't count your meters towards our goal (Galactic domination? Perhaps a top ten finish?).

I'd been meaning to clean and oil the chain for a while now and finally got around to doing it today. I had already scheduled my row in rowpro before I decided to clean it so when I pulled the chain all the way out, it registered 3 meters. I cancelled the row, but the meters were uploaded before I could delete them in rowpro. So then I went in and deleted the meters from my online log, but not until after you'd already captured the numbers for the day. So my number sequences will be askew for a day or so. Maybe i'll toss in an extra row today to really throw them off for tomorrow! Don't forget to keep those chains cleaned and oiled, folks!

It was such a big number that I mistook it for a total? I do have a high BS factor, but I won't run that here! You worked too hard for me to skim over the oops.

:o ImageImageImageImageImage ...a palindrome and a mega.

Multi-tasking is very dangerous. I was working on two documents simultaneously. Cut off portions of the wrong one - and there you have it. I went back and edited TWICE and still missed it. But I sure saw it right away. The hours you are putting in on this Challenge are astonishing. It was an egregious omission. Bandaid offered for wounds.
