Good CTC so far but it’s leading to a fair few input errors. People are inputting their slightly faster /500m pace from the right hand column of the PM instead of the 505m pace from the left column. Typically there’s anything between 0.8 and 1.2 difference between the two depending on the pace range. Funnily enough I predicted it would happen to a fair few people.
I've changed the instructions.

The Germania team has built on its excellent entry into the CTC by winning the July challenge. Herzliche Glückwünsche!
Sub7 again floated most boats with ten launched on the virtual river.
As new teams with at least three consecutive entries, Mercian Nordic Walkers and Germania may set a challenge BUT must contact me, either on facebook or the Concept2 forum, for this to happen.
Future Challengers:
September - Fitness Matters
October - PaddyPower
November - FIRT

Hi all, is it possible to set a new password/reset for ‘Chairborne RhysPhillips’ in the GARAGEATHLETE team please?

I’m not able to DM as suggested on the site.

Thanks in advance

The September CTC has been announced.

Fitness Matters are pleased to announce September's CTC Challenge: "Virtually Devon".

In keeping with the annual Devon Indoor Rowing Championships in September (virtual race this year 26/27th) the CTC for September 2020 will be 5000m.

It's a simple, unrestricted 5K.

Hi all.

I’ve been enjoying the CTC for a few years now.
A few of us Kiwis down here in NZ are looking to make our own team. Can someone please point me in the write direction!
(Love rowing, really struggling to navigate this forum haha)
Cheers
Andy

oh goody - 5k is great for me. Even better that I dont need a home machine attached to computer to enter. Not worrying about being a LWT in 4 weeks. Best time this season is 22:34 but confident I can hammer out better than that with more post lockdown practise.

The August competition was a very close one with four teams within striking distance of each other. Congratulations to MAD for edging across the finishing line in the lead.
Fitness Matters and Sub7 tied with twelve boats launched on the virtual river.

I have just entered a time in error onto the wrong team mate.

Well TBH it is the right team but she has two names as she is borderline LW and can vary from month to month.

I have also entered the correct one.

Please can you therefore delete the score for Rose Metalli (#TokyRow) for September - currently showing as 24 hours.

If possible to avoid this happening again could you also change her name to "Rose Metalli LW" as the weight does not show up until the score is posted.

Thanks
