Incorrect data synced to ErgData app from PM5

Hi. I bought a Model D with PM5 last week, so I’ve only had it a few days.

I installed the ErgData app on my iPhone 7 (iOS 13) and had no problem connecting to the PM5 via Bluetooth. Each workout I did seemed to sync just fine. But today I did 4 workouts; 1000m, 2000m, 2000m, and 1000m. 4 workouts were synced to the ErgData app, but the 3rd workout got synced as 1000m instead of 2000m. The data wasn’t the same as the other 1000m workouts so I don’t know where it came from.

Anyone know if this is a known issue and how to resolve it?
Failing that, can I re-upload the PM5 data to the app?

1. Update the PM5 firmware to V168/V30. https://www.concept2.com/service/monitors/pm5/firmware
2. Always press the [BACK] button on the PM5 when you're done with a workout.

You can't reload data to Ergdata, it's a one-shot process. You can log a workout manually at https://log.concept2.com

I've seen weirdness syncing just today. I did 2x2500m/2min rest, set up properly on PM 5 with latest firmware, but it ended up totally bungled up in ErgData with multiple overlapping intervals and online logbook now says I did 7x5000m (but the total distance is 5000 and rest distance in between was not counted). It seems like ErgData mostly syncs fine, but every once in a while it just hits a snag. I don't know if there's any place to report these.

I wonder now if it was low battery power. The PM5 started to give me a battery warning and I had 2 incorrect syncs 2 days running. After I changed the batteries it seemed to be ok.
