Great race for all. The handicap race is the best to do pb.
Now to 7 seconds for my best pb 17:41 but it is difficult.
Thanks Bill for the administer and to Frank for the idea to the fall races.
Pedro

That was a great handicap race! Congrats to everyone, and thanks for the challenge. Mark, you really pushed me to a PB at the end there - I was trying so hard to keep you sharks off my tail. And Bill, thanks for hosting.

- Krysta

Krysta:

How long have you been rowing? Other sports or training? I know you have 20 years on me, but your times are remarkably close to mine across the board. You've also got the same leverage as me (5' 7"). I do have some pounds on ya though!

Very interesting.

Regards -- Mark

I hope to do the same eventually, but have a long way to go. I am carrying at least 15 lbs of uneccessary weight but whether or not I can actually get under 135 leaves to be seen.

I just started indoor rowing in June of this year and haven't tried rowing on water. As for other sports, the only really structured training I have done since high school is weight-lifting, though I got a LOT of cardio from a very physically demanding job over the years. Hopefully rowing can take the place of that, now that I am staying home.

In any case, I look forward to more races with you online. Should be fun!

- Krysta
