Stats will be posted later on today..I have an early appointment..gotta work sometime..
Please let me know if your numbers are ever wrong..I seem to be a tad bit dyslexic and write numbers backwards and when it comes time to put the numbers on my spreadsheet..well..the final numbers don't always add up.It only happens occasionally but I never want to show incorrect stats..
have fun today, row strong and take it easy on yourselves. You are THE BEST!!!

Can I have the wine o'clock without a 13K session???? I can't even get in a 13K day right now!

I, too, wish I could row faster, Lisa, but I ache enough as it is...

Michael, I'm really glad you're taking care of the elbow!! Get well soon so you're ready for skiiing and the Holiday & January Challenges.

FINALLY caught a fish last night, a brown trout. We went out to the lake after work and both my husband and I caught one right about sunset. I'm glad we went because the weather over the next week is going to be terrible, maybe even in the 20's for the football game on Saturday. A little early for this type of cold!

"Spirit ... has fifty times the strength and staying power of brawn and muscle."- Unknown

"Continuous effort -- not strength or intelligence -- is the key to unlocking our potential."- Liane Cardes

"If you train hard, you'll not only be hard, you'll be hard to beat."- Herschel Walker

"Train, don't strain."

I liked all of these..couldn't pick a fave..so I think they all fit what & who we as a rowing team are.....

My enthusiasm continues to wane this week (and each day it's getting worse), so I'm going to post my goal for today through October 15: row extra meters each day to try for the top 100 (individuals) in the Fall Challenge.

Work and other things have gotten in the way of rowing over the past several days, but I also needed a more focused goal. Sort of goals just aren't doing it. I may not make my goal, but I'll ache trying!
