An amazing row by Dwayne considering last month he said he was struggling to row it in under 10.30 but thought he may get under 10 minutes, now he has gone a whole minute quicker, well done Dwayne.

Thanks for the congrats Taffs (not you of course Chad...you're not, and will never be a Taff...not welcome here!!!).

How much faster does everyone think they can go? Chris? Paul? Adam? Carla? We're still out of medal placing. :x

Speedy

Before you (C.W.) go and get anal on the times, let me clarify. It was 1:25'ish for the first 100m, then 1:28'ish for the remaining m's.
Row hard, row well.

Well done on the Rugby test guys

What's happening to Taff Attack- are we leaking members? Another gone overnight (about 2 million metres) :(

that's two this week

Let's start a recruitment drive in time for the new season :)

Congrats Dwayne, Impressive result.

I believe I can knock a fair amount off my time however finding the time to do this is going to be a challenge.

Owen,
I will be in Mumbles over the weekend, any chance of finding an Erg available early Sunday morning? I'll be parked up in Motorhome in Nash Rock Car park.

Very informative……….NOT!

Do you never think of writing the whole session down like so-

1000m – your av split – your time – your spm
3.00 rest
750m - your av split – your time – your spm
2.30 rest
500m - your av split – your time – your spm
2.30 rest
250m - your av split – your time – your spm
2.00 rest
750m - your av split – your time – your spm

Your Total time – your total av split – your av spm

As you will no doubt be having another go, how about posting your result in the above format for those of us that are interested in you pacing methods.

Just a thought!!
