Anyway, enjoy, c2 should start maybe start races for the ski and bike, that could help for extra people.
I'm doing a lot more HIIT on the Skierg than I did on the rower and it seems to suit me well(on the skierg at least)
Regarding sub 6 at an age of 45..not many can do that, but possible of course. That being said, everyone can talk the talk, but can they walk the walk as well
For my part I think 6:10 is a realistic target for the 2K. Once I get there I will look for new targets.
It would be nice to have competitions on the skierg to bring more people into the game.
Blew out some steam yesterday to beat Phils time on 5x250m/1:00r of 3.23.2(pace 1:21.2). Still not 100% fresh so pretty happy with this one.
