Hey guys and girls Nick here from Louisiana. I am about to order a concept2 after spending a little time on one. I am pretty active with hobbies like motorcyles for the street and track (I road race sport bikes) and I have been working out and taking spinning classes at my local gym on and off for about the past five years. I'm in okay shape after all who that lives in Louisiana is in great shape lol. I'm buying this machine in hopes to get in better shape as something to supplement my gym habits. I work shift work and don't always have the energy to go but maybe with this at home I can't jump on it and be motivated when I don't feel like getting to the gym. I'm joining your community in hopes that you all can help me reach some goals along the way. Thanks in advance for the warm welcome and let's get stronger together.
