Do any of you partake in Body Combat (Gym Group exercise) It is brilliant but as I have grinding knees, I am having to take my workout down a notch. Do any of you have any suggestions if this type of workout is classed as "low impact". I would dread having to give it up (it is addictive even for someone my age). I intend leave out the actual jump kick to see if this is easier on my knees. Look forward to hearing your comments.
