Never thought of it in terms of 2K +. I try to end up with an avg. HR of 135 which is 68% of my HRR. As it turns out, that presently works out to 2K + 16.5.

I don't really have an easy day. I do enough Long Slow Distance when I'm busy walking around at work.

My "easy" days are long tempo sessions (30 min or more), less than 10 sec off estimated 2K pace.
