Erasing memory on PM3?

My memory is almost filled up in my logcard. I tried to just delete all the users but the times remain and the % of memory is the same. To delete all races one by one is tedious. Any suggestions on how to dump the whole memory. I have no device to plug it into my computer. Thanks for any help :D .

Two choices in that case:
  1. Buy a new logcard
  2. Buy an OmniKey smart card reader
I don't own an erg, I use my OmniKey card reader every day (it's well worth the £30 it cost me).
