slow but steady

haven't posted in ages so be gentle.

today was a slow but good.

2k - 7.38.3
5k - 20.47.5
5k - 21.17.4
5k - 21.06.9

as you can gather - not particularly stunning but have been trying to row for distance rather than times.
season goal is to hit 2million metres may 1st to may 1st.
need to be averaging 5,500m a day for that.
Currently behind at 4,800ish but a week of daily 15ks to 20ks like today should see me back on track within a month.

also really want to get my 2k PB down to about 6.40 to 6.45. (from 6.55)
haven't really trained for it so any tips greatly accepted.
finally, gunning for sub 18m 5k. that would be a biggie!
