Does anybody have any sports nutrition books for the average athlete they would recommend? I think that I am experiencing some symptoms related to over-training (restless nights, lethargic days), yet I don't think my volume/intensity has been all that great.

I wonder if my diet is up to snuff.

Thanks,
Mark

Optimum Sports Nutrition - by Michael Colgan

or

Power - A scientific approach - By Fred Hatfield

Supertraining - by Mel Siff

Neither of the last two are specifically nutrition, but cover total training
