Hello,

I took an easy 500

Picked it up again, caught a glimpse of the tail of the pace boat on the edge of the screen.

Pulled like steam and overtook it in the last 500.

Brain seems to allow extra energy output when the line is in sight even though I thought I was knackered 1/2 way.

Bill

Last pb was a 5k. If you pace a 5k properly, and row to your limits, it never feels "good" at half way, but you speed up anyway. So I voted something else for "felt knackered, but speeded up anyway".

Last one was a 60'. I got to 1000m short of my old PB with ~4mins to go and thought, "Yes, I can make this a new PB".

Don't know how I felt at 30'.

Last PB was 1/2 Marathon . I voted felt okay and carried on. True at the halfway point , but at the 3/4 point... oh my aching butt, back, legs, and lungs . Man, I love this game!
