Hey everyone, I'm very much considering joining some other friends I rowed in Highschool with for Crash B's in what? Jan.? Feb is it?<br><br>Now I've learned that its only a 500m relay or 8 people doing a 2k and thats it??<br><br>Regardless, what do you guys think would be an optimal Erging (or anything else really) <br>training regimen starting now, till then?
