Incorrect data export to Garmin

I linked my Garmin account in the Concept2 website. Now when I finish a workout on the BikeErg it automatically uploads it to my Garmin account. I have noticed that the last two times it uploads incorrect data. My watts and calories are way off. When I export the data from Concept 2 website to a CSV file I can see that the values are correct but I don't think Garmin parses it correctly. If I remove the last three digits from the watts section it is correct. Has anybody else seen this and found a solution for it?
