Working Concept 2 Utility Card Reader Setup for PM3 and PM4

WORKED!
For those who need help with Concept 2 Utility to make Card Reader and LogCard work for Windows 10 and 11 with PM3 and PM4

Tested with:
Card Reader Omnikey 3021 from 2006
Drivers for Win 10 and 11 go to :
https://www3.hidglobal.com/drivers find win10 x64 to 1 april 2016 . This also works for win11

To add driver go to Device Manager right click in Smart Card reader and add drivers manually from site and find driver folder.

Newest Concept 2 Utility works because you need working online server.
