Usually best to start scheduling the rows at least a week in advance and do it every week.
If you are in the right time zone, then others will eventually see it and join.
Unfortunately there are just not the numbers on RowPro anymore, they are all moving to EXR and people that don't want to pay a cent for software are on the C2 real time loop.
Zwift is sucking up the rest that don't mind a Cycling or Running avatar while rowing. If you have a bike and are already paying for Zwift, you are never going to pay for additional rowing software that you only use half the time.
Posting rows on short notice never works, people need to be able to schedule it into their exercise plan for the week ahead.
