Hi all
I'm a new model D user with PM5.
I'm blind so use the voice guidance in ERGData to give me my distance, time and stroke rate.
I connect ERGData to the PM5, start a row and the voice guidance will work just fine. However I noticed if I take a break and return for another workout later in the day or the next day, voice guidance won't work. ERGData will connect to the PM5 just fine and if I start my workout everything shows on my phone screen as it should, but the voice guide simply doesn't work.
For it to work again I must first force close ERGData in the app switcher, open it again and reconnect to the PM5.
I use a iPhone XR, updated to the latest iOS, my PM5 firmware is also up to date.
Any ideas, am I doing something wrong?
Do you think this is a possible bug, should I contact Concept2 or do they have people picking up these kind of things here on the forum?
