By financial preference, and if they'll allow it, one of the rowing association's Swift FISA coastal.

If the politics get too obnoxious, I may well just buy my own. I wish I could try a Race1 Wavecutter. Other boats in it's class doesn't have the open stern. I've a query in for shipping costs from Oz to here. And too bad they don't have a double version. It's not that the double is faster, it's that you can jam a musubi or a ripe banana in your mouth and not loose forward motion.

Well, whatever you end up with is better than the other 99.9999% of humanity. I am super jealous. I'll be in my driveway rowing my measly hour and thinking of guys like you and Thor Heyerdahl! Kon-Tiki had more drag than the Wavecutter, so I am sure you'll be fine!
