C2 PM5 past workouts export to Strava

Post by Piwail » February 20th, 2021, 4:48 pm

Hi everyone,

First time here. I own a C2 PM5 and I would like to upload past workouts on Strava. I edited my Concept2 profile page to authorize Strava. So I guess, any new workout will be added to Strava. But how can I upload past ones ?

Sorry if this question has already being asked. Yet, I haven't find any tips regarding my issue on this forum.

Thank you.

It's probably better to ask the Strava folks over at https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/community/topics

Welcome to forum!

Get into the workout you want to send to Strava.

Export as a FIT file. The export button is below the "Stroke Data" header on the bottom right corner of the workout details page that also has the graph of splits, etc. No one has found a bulk downloader yet. (If this is not clear say so and we can do click by click).

Then see the section here about importing FIT files: Alternatively, if your device can export or record activities in GPX, TCX, or FIT format, and these files contain actual workout data, you can upload the files here. https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/art ... -to-Strava

If it works (or you find a better way) please post. If Strava does anything cool with the data please post that too... I am considering using Strava for cycling data and would be glad to hear it did some analysis of the concept2 log data. Fitbit will pull in C2 log data, but has less info and less insight than the C2 log page.
