Outdoor Storage

Post by ldhumph » June 12th, 2020, 1:20 pm

Hi, I’m a new owner of a Model D rowerg in the UK, after using them at various gym’s over the past 20+ years. I would like to ask for recommendations/advice on outdoor storage units for the erg. We have a smallish garden area but some sort of metal or wooden unit would fit very easily. Any suggestions would be ace. Cheers 😃

Ideal could be vertical storage up against a wall of the house; this would limit the space needed and might help keep it a little more warm and dry in winter.

The clutch may need a lighter lubricant. Mine misses the occasional beat at below 12C.

I believe the OP is asking for ideas for a storage shed to use in his garden for the erg.

As James says, the rower can be stored vertically, so how about something like the image below? ; )

Just kidding, of course. But the Google image finder does show lots of ideas, from basic to very fancy. If you add "rustic" to the search terms you'll get a different look, that may or may not be appropriate for your garden.
