Uploaded workouts on Strava have no details

Post by Boooooo » April 2nd, 2020, 2:58 pm

Hi guys
any idea why my uploaded workouts on Strava are without details? (look left side vs right side of the picture) My activity is still private but do not believe is the issue (PM5 monitor picture appear too) also have not recorded with ErgData app but do not believe is the issue too. Thanks

You probably need to post your same issue on the Strava support forums at https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/community/topics

solved, depends whether recorded also with ErgApp or not.

So it's not Strava issue, have just sent a ticket to concept2 likely they know already but do not care and it's a pity because data like power, cadence and eventually heart rate are always provided and easy (I believe) to send to Strava.
Transferring only 2 data “travelled distance” and “elapsed time” (Strava then calculate average speed by doing distance/time) is a bit poor.

Indeed workout recorded also with ErgApp show more informations (example graphs) even if detailed in the logbook

indeed I share the official explanation

"ErgData workouts contain stroke data (and therefore a deeper level of detail) than non-ErgData workouts. The PM5 by itself doesn't save that level of detail when the ErgData app isn't being used. "

I'd always have ergdata switched on for this and other reasons. although i use zwift most of the time anyway so use that for strava
