Concept 2 Utility doesn't allow workout selection.

I have a SkiErg workout I transferred from my SkiErg to my USB thumb drive. This particular workout captured the start of a session that the SkiErg spontaneously disconnected from my Android ErgData app.

I wan't credit for the meters (yes, even if so small) and the app wouldn't reconnect while in the workout. The Concept2 Utility shows the workout but doesn't allow me to check any of the check boxes (see attached screenshot.) Consequently it says I have nothing to upload as I haven't checked anything!

Frustrating on two fronts: The disconnect with NO reconnect capability while in a workout and the inability to use other methods to report the workout.

I have the same problem, is this a bug? When will it be fixed? Model D with PM3.

Since the OP wasn't clear with their bug description (and hasn't been back to the forum since posting it) how do you know you've got the same?

Are you able to recreate it and give a precise set of actions to create it every time?

Why aren't you using Ergdata?

Are you using a USB memory stick? Or are you connecting the PM to your laptop with a printer cable?

Which model of PM is it? What firmware version is loaded on the PM?

I use win10, Model D, PM3. Latest firmware. Direct connection from PM3 with a printer cable to win10.
I tried again and this time I was able to select/update entries.
I'll keep an eye on it and get back to you if I see the problem again with more specific info. For now, is OK.

So clearly not the same problem as the OP. Since the Skierg only has a PM4 or PM5.
