Just clearing out some stuff from the barn and came across an old (unused) training log book from Concept 2. Probably circa 1997/8 when I bought my first erg. Its got a sample page showing how to fill it in but even with over 20 years experience the numbers used make no sense to me - maybe despite missing the rest period they include resting meters - who knows? There's also some 1/4ly test stuff and more at the back
The obvious thing to do now is chuck it into paper recycling.... But on the off chance that there's somebody out there into nostalgia or just not happy with using tech, if anyone wants it let me know and I'll send it over - first to shout etc.. I'm UK based so ideally someone here, but if anyone else in the world is gagging, then you're welcome for the cost of the post. Otherwise I'll bin it at the end of Feb.
Paper based training log anyone??

Re: Paper based training log anyone??
I can't say I'm interested in it but that is a great thought before you just binned it.

Would love to take this off your hands. Try to keep a paper log for my s&c coach in order to keep him informed of my training.
