Where's My Data?

Where's My Data?

Did a workout today with the PM5 synced to ErgData on my android, same setup as always. Synced logbook afterwords. The workout appears in the LogBook, but the graph is missing and there's no link to download the .FIT file! I always download that and dump it into TrainingPeaks, but nothing today. Anyone else see something like this or suggestions to fix?

This just happened to me on tonight's workout as well (regular erg, pm5). Same setup as my last successful log with details from a few days ago, and no app updates. Hopefully this is a back-end issue they can fix and re-parse the workout data without my intervention.

same issue here this morning.. no graph and no export options..

Same thing for me! PM3 ErgData iOS version. No graphs or export options. Hope this can be fixed soon.

Apologies for the issue - there's been a (one-off) delaying in uploading some workout graphs. The backlog should be cleared on a few hours, and hopefully all missing graphs will appear by the end of today.
