BIKEERG/SKIERG COMBO

Looking for skierg/bikerg combo workouts. There's nothing online. Anyone have useful website links or info related to a bikerg/skierg WOD ?! I want to use both machines in a single workout. Thanks

I sometimes do a skierg-rower combo that you could easily adapt. Available on C2 website, it involves 6 mins on rower followed by 1 min on skierg. Then 5 on rower, 2 on skierg. 4 on rower, 3 on skierg, and so on until you end with 1 min on rower, 6 on skierg. No rest period in-between except what it takes to move from one to the other. It works well as the increasing intensity of the shortening intervals on one is counterbalanced with the decreasing effort on the lengthening intervals on the other. Obviously you can start from any number of minutes you want. If I’m in a hurry I start from 4 mins and 1 min for a total of 20 minutes.

Presumably you’d make an adjustment for the bikeerg as C2 regards 2 metres on bikeerg as equal to 1m on rower or skierg.
