Lat pulldown for SkiErg?

Post by jasoncng » December 15th, 2018, 1:44 pm

New to the Concept2 community. Just bought a Model D and found it to be an awesome machine.

Question regarding SkiErg. Can it be used as a lat pulldown machine? (That is, placing a stool in front of the machine, sitting on it, and doing pulldowns....)

(I've used key word search in the forum but found nothing related to this topic.)

Thank you.

Mwe, not really, you could, but the resistance is zero out of itself, its you who has to pull against the air. Very different from pulling against gravity.
