I'm 6' 7", would that interfere with using the SkiErg? It looks like if I put my arms up I would hit the pulleys at the top. Do the older models have more height?

Current Wr holder 2k and below is 2.06m. Hands should not come super heigh.
You can put it on a wall, at any height you like....

I am 6 ft 2 inches in height, 36 inch shirt sleeve. Skierg is on the roll-around floor board, not wall mounted. Standing mid-board, arms fully stretched, hands will rest atop the pulleys. Standing with heels at the back lip of the floor board, arms fully stretched, grips in hand, there is 8-10 inches of cord out.

But the classic, efficient stroke begins with elbows well bent. You will likely stand a bit further back than the stubby folks, but should be able to find a comfortable stroke for aerobic workout. If you go for power strokes and stand well back, might be a problem of tipping the machine toward you. Only happens to me when I turn to face away from the machine and pull with a lunge-thrust.

As mentioned above, if you wall mount the machine, you can put it at any height.

I replaced the pull cords when they started to become frayed at the handle top. Found some nylon "parachute cord" at the local hardware store considerably cheaper than Concept2 replacement part. Slightly smaller diameter than the original cord, so more turns around the take-up spool; adds about a foot to the maximum stroke length.

I've been wondering about that, as mine have been getting frayed there too.

Great idea, though the nylon will probably stretch and not last as long.
