I left for college this August and have been unable to mantain contact with an erg. When I finished rowing I was rowing a 6:59 2k @ 145lbs. I have not however gained the famous freshman 15, on the contrary I converted what little fat I had into muscle because I'm pt'ing twice a week with my Marine Corps ROTC unit. How long would it take me to get back into proper shape so that my 2k time will be what it was when I left? Run 3 miles in 18:55, 109 crunches in bout a minute and a half, and can do 18 pull-ups (palms facing out). This is just basic pt score. Thanks
