loosing weight but gaining muscle
loosing weight but gaining muscle
i am a 5'11" heavyweight male weighing about 190, i have realized that this not a good thing. i spoke to one of my coaches and asked if i should go light weight and she said no, she told me to go to 175-179 and put on a lot of muscle staying between 175-179. she said to get down to the 170s first then put on the muscle, she said to long ss pieces at a 1550-160 hr and do 4x10s and 2x20s but i want now some other erg workouts to do that are a similar to 4x10 and 2x20. any sugestions would help alot.
