HELP ! CTC Identification problem

Hi,

Do you know if there is a way to delete my account on the CTC page...
I can't enter my results... It says incorrect password...
I had this problem when i created my account too... the very first time I typed the password, the site said : "incorrect password"

If it is possible, I prefer reset my account than creating a second one...
Can Daren ou Dougie help me please ?
