Traveling Erg's

I travel quite a bit and would like to maintain my workouts while on the road. Has there ever been a list of hotels, fitness centers, etc. that have Concept2's? If not, I'd be glad to begin one on this Forum, beginning with the Excelsior Hilton in Palermo, Sicily, Italy.
