VERY WARM WELCOME TO JOIN THE ROWPRO TEAM

Post by Pam Loeffen » September 9th, 2016, 12:44 am

A very warm welcome to join our RowPro Team for the Fall Team Challenge. With weekly spot prizes and lots of online rows to join (up to 16 lanes per session) you'll find lots of motivation to jump on your erg. Please e-mail me for help/information on our 20 day free trial to get you up and running/rowing! paml@digitalrowing.com Thanks, Pam

The Challenges are great, did a couple a while back but came to the conclusion that everyone on the RowPro team needed to row all their meters online to get the public visibility that they had actually done them. There is nothing stopping anyone rowing online and surely if your part of THIS TEAM in particular you would expect it, even if they set it up and row it by themselves. They can even schedule the row and make it "Private" so no one else can join unless they want to add the rower. Got pretty tired of staying in the top 10 and seeing people at the top of the table that could't prove they had a rowed a single meter let alone some of the stupid meters some people are posting for these Challenges.

Concept 2 also need to get the whole thing sorted so people can enter as a "Verified" rower and have their results recognised as such. The distance also needs the average pace for those meters to put some perspective on things, some of us don't have all day to sit on the erg and row at 3 minute pace and personally I am targeting an average pace for the whole seasons meters rowed as to provide some motivation and also avoid those "Junk meters".

Until this happens I just cannot be bothered putting in the effort again or even contributing my regular training meters each week that get done anyway.
