Rowing Machine !

Im so excited i just got my new concept 2 rowing machine today, im 16 and on a competative rowing team..preparing for the fall season (5k head races) anyone have any tips or workouts for me to do ?<br /><br />Thanks ! : )<br /><br />-Erica

I'll second the recommendation by Citroen. Read the first few entries on that thread to get a good idea of the thoughts behind the plan.<br /><br />Citroen - are you still cycling to watch the marathon on Saturday? I will send you a pm from the UK forum, see if you have any tips on which way to go.
