concept 2 Model D Pm4 black from Rouge fitness

Is Rouge Fitness Concept 2 Model D PM4 new or refurbished ? They are selling cheaper then concept 2 website : $974.00 plus $40.00 shipping.
Has anyone have any problem with them when receiving the rower? how is their customer service? would Concept 2 match their price ? If so I will buy it from concept 2 website and buy others accessories so I can save shipping at the same time.

Sold my used concept 2 model C Pm3 with cover - bought it for $350.00 and flip it for $600.00.

It's possible that it's used. Rogue partners with CrossFit and they just got done with regional events all around the world so they might be selling those units at a slight discount. I also see two listings (below) which could be for new and used for the weekend. Why not call Rogue and ask?
