If my oil runs out can I buy 20w motor cycle oil for the chain?

Yep, should fine. This is from he concept2 website.

Clean and lubricate the chain with a teaspoon of Concept2 Chain Oil (a purified mineral oil), 20W motor oil, or 3-in-1 oil. Apply oil to a paper towel, and rub the paper towel along entire length of chain. Wipe off the excess. Repeat if needed.

Thanks , I just brought 3-1 oil from Lowes for 2.20 , concept 2 selling the oil for 4.50 I was going to buy from them but 8.00 shipping for a 4.50 bottle of oil . so I wont be shopping from them in the future.
