First race went of OK. We had to set up a QR though. Sorry to all the other rowers for my false start, don't know what I was playing at, I went with 3 seconds of the countdown showing on the clock

I did 17:55.8 (1:47.6) and Cees van Dok did 17:29.5 (1:45.0)

I was happy with this as it is my first session in a very long time, 3+ weeks, so just aimed to hold 1:48.

Sir Pirate

phew, got late home from work but what the heck; I did my duties and 2nd 5k tonight. Not as fast as I was hoping for but still a decent work-out. Marylin, for the records I rowed a 17:55.7 - (and proudly beat Thomas on this one (he he he).

cheers all, looking forward to next weekend.

Cees

I did a 2nd 5000m today off-line, I have not been on the rower much of late so cant get to many on-line sessions.

I did do the 5K on RowPro, does it count for the World Cup? I could look at the rules again but I am too lazy

Sir P
