Re: TimbukTOO Team Room
Aw Izzy!
Have some fun and relax, I will row an extra 12,500 for ya ! Cos as "Darlene" says, I row an 10k in about an hour (53 to 56 minutes for me). Just nice, long and steady with breaks in between ( like vacuuming or naps!) LOL If everyone chipped in an extra, 1k while you are off er-hem, your words - "goofing off", that could be cool.
On a different note: I noticed in the gym rower memory someone had rowed an hour and a few minutes yesterday after I left But they only rowed 7000 meters and in one of the segments (their third), (from 30 to 45 minutes) they rowed a whopping 313 meter... how the heck did they even keep the machine meter going? ( they did row another segment after that of some 2300 meters...)

Re: TimbukTOO Team Room
Only did a short row today, 2225m; but it was
great to me. I kept my SPM rate down between 21 &
25 the whole row with no significant performance
change. I felt like it was a big form and tempo
improvement. I was really steady at 23 SPM
for most of the row. Over the next several rows
I will lengthen it out and maintain the lower SPM.
