Where can "we" get these mugs..I need one..:-)

And By the way ..would it be ok if I rowed with your team for the upcoming challenge?
Sadly I am a bit rusty but can add a few meters while I work on my skills..

Thanks!!

Hiya Pat! You certainly don't need to ask to row with the team you founded! We'd love to have you aboard any time you want!!

As far as the mug, I've given the instructions below how to create it. Unless I make a cafepress "store" I can't make a mug that other people can order, like a shirt. So, I will have to send you a graphics file for you to use. Send me a PM with an email address I can use to send you the file and you'll be all set.

Mug Instructions:

1. Go to cafepress.com’s custom mugs section: http://www.cafepress.com/make/custom-mugs
2. Select one of the “custom photo mugs” and click Design Your Own under it
3. Pick one of the Blank mugs. This will put you into their designer.
4. Upload the image I've provided via email. I sized it so it shouldn’t require any editing once it’s uploaded.
5. Click Preview Design, and then Add To Cart.
6. Viola!

Yesterday was a killer 4 x 2k at 93% of race pace. I was dead afterwards because I cut my cool down short. What a mistake!
Today was 8 x 500m at race pace. It was a struggle to finish each one, but it is interesting to see how quickly your body can recover from short intervals.
I'm on vacation this week and hope to post some good meter totals when I'm not busy beating the kids on the Playstation.

You need to trying breathing diesels fumes - It really helps me a lot. Just today I broke my 10k record. And thanks to the reefer unit next to me for starting up and running during the last 2000 meters --- I don't think I could have done it without it.

From North Bend, Wa (just outside of Seattle, off I-90) at 673 feet, 35 degrees F, during a down pour of drizzle I managed a new 10K Personal best of 39:27.0 at a 1:58.3 split -- And I owe it all to diesel fumes, the drizzle, Elvis, and Team Timbuktoo!

Dunno how you do it, Mike, with the fumes and all. A lady I passed on the trail today had perfume on and I about gagged just from that! You're made of some pretty tough trucker stuff. B)

Hi, TimbukTWOians the world over!
Two years ago, TimbukTWO finished 16th in the Virtual Team Challenge. Last year, we finished 12th. I’m hoping that by getting an early start on sign-ups, that we can push for a Top-10 finish, maybe even 7th or 8th… Thanks to all those that are already signed up!
Here are the 10 people already signed up for January’s VTC:
From our year-round affiliation: Glen B, Jim C, Warren F, Yisroel H, Andy I, Heather R & John S!
From our Team TimbukTWO members: Rusty A & Pat M! Thanks for signing up early, and thanks for re-choosing TimbukTWO!
And we’ve added a new friend: Doug Kee. A major TimbukTWO welcome to you, Doug! We need every extra hand we can get, and we hope we help provide the motivation you need to reach your goals!
I’ve once again volunteered the services of the ever-suffering Lisa to track our goals, so that we can suffer profound embarrassment when… um, I mean we can revel in reaching our personal goals for the month with our teammates!
(I’m going to again take 300K as my goal. My challenge this time is an overseas trip from Jan. 14-21, plus whatever residual jet-lag ensues. Hope I don‘t end up at the bottom of the stats again…)
So, if you haven’t signed up yet, please do so. Also, we will be recruiting in the airports next to the Hari Krishna group for additional TimbukTWO sign-ups, so all volunteers to man those booths are appreciated.
Let’s surprise even more people this time…
