It must be SkiErg and/or BikeErg sessions that I can't see.
If he/she gets 32 days, let us know

FYI, I did my 3rd today no HRM, 2:15 pace straight through (that's probably 75% effort). Tomorrow will be a light 10k. The legs were a bit tight then twisted the knee/tweaked hammy playing with the dog. I think this is God doing for me what I cannot do myself. I had planned on going light tomorrow, but I know I would've pushed it.

Did my 3rd last night, went at a steady pace of 2.17/500 compared to the first 2 done at my usual 2.14/500 can not believe the difference the 3 sec pace makes. Only took a minute longer but seemed so much easier.

Have ordered a HRM so look forward to using that.

Keep on rowing Holly :-) 3/2 was my normal rest day so now on 3/4 I have 3 10K's in. I felt bad taking a day off just after it started but I wanted to keep in my rhythm. I was going to do the 5K challenge but I thought since I was able to do a 10K my first day so I will keep going with this distance until I hit a wall or the end of the month, which ever comes first. I was looking at how many people are doing this challenge on the Honor Board and I was impressed. A whole lot of people sitting around and sweating :-)

One member that shows 4 days on the 2022 10k honor board only has 2 days of 10k in his logbook. What am I missing?
Is he not showing 10k overall for 2 days, or is it you aren't seeing him do a 10k piece over those 2 days?

Its accumulative for a day, so he could have rowed 5 x 2000m pieces to make the 10,000m for those 2 days to be on the 10k board.

Of the 5 days he's only exceeded a total of 10k 3 times. On the other 2 days he's exceeded 5k, so maybe the boards are mixing the 5k and 10k.

Yeh thats possible, would suck for him if he got to 25 days, called it quits and then missed his 10k quota tho lol.

Another 10k in the books! That's four in a row, feeling proud because it was really hard to get started today.

How are people planning to use their 5 break days during March. Will you keep going as long as possible, without scheduled breaks, or do a 5-on-1-off type schedule? Or maybe something else entirely? Shift work or other scheduling issues might make it hard to commit to specific break days for some. I haven't figured out the best approach yet, but will probably aim to take one day off each week until hitting 25 days. Sleep habits might also play a role in deciding when to give my body a rest - without enough rest, I doubt I'll have enough recovery.

I plan on going 25 days straight unless something comes up and I need to leave town. For me, the key is variety.

Today was 3 SS intervals, followed by a sprint, followed by recovery, then a strong finish.

A bit more leisurely pace than yesterday.

Tomorrow will probably be a combination of the distance I manage in class and whatever I can add later in the day.

My plan is to go for 10k every day this month as long as my body is not telling me otherwise.

To all you MUDDERS out there (and you Fodders), make sure you sign up for the International Women's Day Challenge happening on Tuesday March 8.
If you are already doing the Mud Challenge, you might as well raise some money for the Women's Day Challenge. PLEASE NOTE - 1) you have to sign up. 2) you must row an EXACT 5,000 meter piece (10k mudders will need to break it in to 2 distinct sessions, 5k+ mudders will need to set the monitor for a 5k piece. Let's blow the top off this challenge like we did the initial Max donation of the 2021 Holiday Challenge. Now - get back to rowing.

Good luck to all you guys & galls doing the March mud madness thang - your all nuts lol. Looking at some of your times for 5k and 10k you should ace this as they are mental quick times to me. Can I ask do you do this 10k in one go? My target at the minute is to get to a 10k in 60mins or less every Friday by May, currently in Mar I do 6k 7k 8k mon/wed/fri, Apr will be 7k 8k 9k.

I do all my in one session. Good luck on your goal! I think you'll get there. Based on your 5k and 6k times, I think you can get there pretty quickly.
