As above, uploads working but the numbers on the C2 Website are not being updated.

Perhaps others could confirm this is the case or not.

Okay it looks like its working.

Had to re export all the recent rows and they are now there. Just as important all online rows are now showing up as VERIFIED and a big YES.

A note to RowPro users is to right click on your row in the Log and check the NOTES and uncheck the SLIDES tickbox because this is randomly appearing and its affecting things if you decide to RANK your row as it appears on slides when in fact your not on slides. Don't think this can be fixed either if you uncheck it later and re-upload. About 1/3 of my total meters this season have been recorded as "Slides"

Still quite difficult to find yourself quickly in the list on your overall place, you pretty much need to know your average meters then keep guessing the page and scrolling down.

Still needs an average pace column and a verified yes/no (not just in the rankings as it is now) column and obviously an option to sort by verified to find your overall place in the verified rowers only and it would be pretty much perfect.....and no its not because I want to go from 560 to the top 10 overnight  but it may encourage others to start using a verified format to their LogBook which has to be better in the long run for everyone.

Pretty sure most would mind being contacted, remember its like the PM system on this Forum, there is no direct contact and if they didn't like that then opt out.

Its not like you get hundreds of e-mails is it ? one or two in a blue moon.
It's not the e-mail that concerns me. I allowed PMs in the ranking from the start, but it was my own choice, not a default. It is the principle of the matter. Why should I have to struggle through a load of indecipherable legal crap with my lousy eye-sight to find out what I am getting stuck with. There is enough of that stuff around already. A while back, I got a message on my Ipad that there were upgrades on a few of my applications Well that sounded nice - until I found out that there was a 46 page agreement that I would have to OK to get them. That was 2-3 months ago and I still haven't got through the whole thing. There are now around 2 dozen of those updates in the wings waiting to be accepted. Sure, I know, that's what I deserve for getting an Apple device. Problem is that my experience with my cell phone - Android (Galaxy) - has been just as annoying - in different ways, perhaps, but still just as bad.

Don't be paranoid Bob, who has time to read all that s@*t like when your installing a copy of Windows, the decision is easy if you want to use it then click accept of you don't you cannot use it.

Quite liked some of the new LogBook features, especially the addition of the height and the "Wingspan", I guess not being a huge basketball country I didn't even know exactly what that was but could take a guess.

Had fun measuring it, shame I cannot add the extra half centimeter, I need every bit I can get (the handle is in my fingertips at the catch to maximise the drive length), came out at 184.5cm so just over my height, wouldn't have picked that generally its the same as your height.

And that in a nutshell is the problem with End User Licence Agreements. It's high time someone sued over one and got the stupid lawyers and judges to clean that s@*t up to make it usable. In the general case nobody reads an EULA because the path of least resistance is scroll to the bottom and click OK. It should say "You've paid to use this software, just use it, we'll work out the details later."

i still cannot upload rows. RowPro says, "Uploaded 1 of 1", but the row does not appear under 'Latest Workouts". This problem began on November 19 and continues through today. For years, up to and including November 18 2015, it worked fine.

Should not make any difference but what version of RowPro are you using ? the latest version which is 4.3 has been working fine for a week or so now, the problem got fixed pretty fast.

Some of the new features are "Cool" but not really anything I would use on a daily basis. Mainly click on the C2 site to find my daily average meters and overall position.

Still desperately needs an average pace column for all your annual meters and a verified or not column to be really useful, until then all it does is look pretty but is full of fluff.

Hmm... I'm using Version 1.8, which came with my Concept 2 in July, 2004. :(

Definitely a good time to upgrade I think, V5 is very close but you may also need to update your computer hardware as well.

I finally managed to upgrade to Version 3.0 -- The highest version compatible with my computer. It took all morning and required two upgrades to my PM3 firmware, but I can upload my rows again! And as Verified = Yes!

Now the question of whether I need to pay some money to get out of "Trial" mode. DigitalRowing's record of my 2004 purchase seems to have disappeared, along with the License number.

You must have a very old PC, all my old single core Pentium 4's are running windows 8.1 and would still run Windows 10.

RowPro V3.0 was pretty good, 3.016 or something was the last version and appart from the odd crash Online it was okay.

I think it was V4 that moved to the full live water so the graphics are better and a few more nice tweaks have been added so you can now see everyone's rating your rowing with online.

I would be looking at newer PC hardware and V5 when its released.

I have it on a j1900 quad core mini pc. The whole thing complete with 120gb ssd cost 250 Euro. The thing boots in 5 seconds. Is silent no fans. And powerfully enough to run rowpro online races with all the trimmings (multi lanes) and to play videos on the second screen (in my case 2 HDMI Tv's at full HD). Definitely worth buying a new pc - get some good stuff on a budget...
