Hooyah, Lunies! We're keepin' the Big Wheels turning and cranking out the milestones with most sincere meters...

Yesterday, Dave H wrote ......"must be time for another antipodean holiday Jan?" Now I didn't know for sure what an antipode was, but holiday sounded good. Some quick wiki research suggests that this reference is for Australia and New Zealand! Australia is still on the as yet unvisited list, and NZL was a blast!

Nah, no guilt over playing hookey ... "The Karate Kid" was just longer than my HM ... couldn't quit rowing as the championship match was about to begin!

Hello, Lunies, and sorry for the long silence.
Somehow,( not erging), I did a rude thing to my shoulder.
Currently, it looks like easy paddling will be okay, so hopefully I can get back to slowly kicking this Can 'O Lunies toward the moon.
If anyone has personal experience with rotor-cuff injuries, I'm all ears...
Slow and Steady is my pace, so it seems,
Slow and Steady wins the race, in my dreams.
