Nov. 26: 10K on the erg.<br /><br />I had a little swim meet this morning at the University of Ottawa, and did a PB in the 400m free: 4:55. This was a 10 seconds improvement!<br /><br />Keep on erging!

I thought I posted this early, but I guess I screwed it up! Sorry for the absence, between a messed up work schedule and a little illness I have not beeen able to row much. 7000m today! Any one else doing the holiday challenge??
